Cory Birnberg

CORY A. BIRNBERG received his Bachelors degree with honors,
from UCLA, and a Masters degree from Cal State University, Dominquez
Hills, both in English Literature. Mr. Birnberg attended Loyola
Law School in Los Angeles and received the American Jurisprudence
awards in Evidence and Corporations, deans honors in 1980, 1981
and 1982 graduating cum laude. Mr. Birnberg practiced with Spector
and Leibow, a Los Angeles bankruptcy firm and them later attended
Tulane University, earning a Masters degree in Admiralty. He has
practiced in San Francisco, California since 1984, founding this
firm in 1984.

Joseph Salama
Associate
JOSEPH SALAMA was raised in the Bay Area and in 1993 graduated
from the University of California at Berkeley with a B.A. in Economics
and in Rhetoric. In 1996, he received his Juris Doctorate from
Boston University where he received the Book Award for the best
brief in the first-year moot court competition and represented
Boston University in a national moot court competition. He served
as research assistant for Professor Maria O'Brien Hylton and was
an editor for the American Journal of Law and Medicine. Mr.
Salama graduated with a concentration in Litigation and Dispute
Resolution.
Mr. Salama has an extensive Internet and computer background.
Mr. Salama sits on the board and is one of the founders of Team
Bingham, a local charitable organization that provides scholarships
to underprivileged college students in the name of Mark Bingham,
one of the heroes of flight 93. He is fluent in Arabic, runs marathons
for charity, and practices choy li fut kung fu.
Mr. Salama is a member of the California State Bar Association.
